• Camera and Photo Library: With your explicit consent, we access your device’s camera and photo library to allow you to scan QR codes for event check-in, upload event banners, and set profile pictures.
• Voice Data for AI Event Creation: With your microphone permission, audio recorded during voice AI event creation is processed exclusively to transcribe and generate your event details.
• In-App Purchase Data: When you subscribe to Eventure Pro, transaction details are processed securely via RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card or financial credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your Eventure user account.
• To provide event discovery, ticketing, and interactive venue maps.
• To enable AI-powered event creation and automated event management.
• To issue QR code tickets and verify attendee check-in at events.
• To process subscription purchases and manage Eventure Pro benefits.
• To send transactional notifications and event updates via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers essential for operating our app:

• Google Firebase: For secure user authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Messaging notifications.
• RevenueCat: For processing and validating in-app subscription entitlements.
• Google Maps API: For displaying interactive event locations and maps.

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) and secure cloud infrastructure to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

You have full control over your personal data:

• You may update or modify your profile information directly within the app settings.
• You have the right to delete your Eventure account and associated personal data at any time through the app profile settings or by contacting our support team.
